One of the best rentals in Europe
We stayed at the Kefalosbay Residence Oct 30th - Nov 6th. The apartments are beautifully furnished and private with stunning views. It is evident from the moment you arrive that Costas and Lionel take great pride in their business and take a personal interest in their guests comfort and satisfaction. Everything with the apartment is functional, practical and well thought out (down to motion activated lights on the walk to the apartment door). We have spent a lot of time traveling around the world and have never been made to feel so much at home in a rental property. The owners are always available to assist with car rental, food suggestions and sightseeing recommendations etc, yet never overbearing or intrusive. We would recommend this place to anyone and we hope to return. This is a great place run by wonderful people, I can't think of any way they could improve the property or the personal touch they extend to their guests.

Si vous voulez voir la mer sous un ciel bleu baigne de soleil a partir d'un logement spacieux et confortable situe dans dans un environnement paisible et magnifique et qu'en plus vous aimez decouvrir la culture d'un pays alors n'hesitez pas.
Cette residence est faite pour vous et leurs hotes Kosta et Lionel, toujours presents et discrets, rendront votre sejour inoubliable et sauront satisfaire votre soif de culture.
C'etait notre deuxieme sejour a Kefalos et nous avons encore decouvert des lieux inexplores la premiere fois, en particulier l'ile de Kalymnos qu'il ne faut pas manquer de visiter.
Nous avons pu nous baigner 3 fois en mer la derniere semaine d'Octobre dans une eau a 23°. .

Paradiesisch
Eine sehr schone Anlage mit einer unvergleichlichen Aussicht auf Kefalosbay. Hier kann man entspannen und sich wohlfuhlen.
Man hat sogar vom Schlafzimmer aus Meerblick.
Die freundlichen Gastgeber Costa und Lionel, "Mama" und die gute Seele Christina sorgen dafur, dass keine Wunsche offen bleiben.
Gerne denken wir an die wundervollen Herbstferien bei milden Temperaturen und Sonnenschein zuruck.
Wir kommen wieder!

Comments: At the top of the World!!
We stayed at Kefalos Bay Residence from 8-15 October 2011. In spite of 3 days of stormy weather we enjoyed our apartment so much. The panoramic views are superb, wonderful in good weather but equally magnificent watching the forked lightning and high seas across the bay on our first day.
The approach to the remote site is from a sharp bend on the main road up to the old Kefalos village, along a very rough and stony track, but once you arrive you will find perfectly manicured gardens, with immaculate lawns and flower beds. The photos on the website are exactly as it is, and when we arrived we almost felt that we had been there before, everything was just as we had expected.
The owners were there to welcome us, showed us into the apartment and ran through how everything worked. They were on hand throughout our week there to help if needed, but were not intrusive at all and left us entirely alone to enjoy our time there. They also invited us to their home on site for an hour on our first evening to share aperitifs and to tell us about the geography of the island.
The apartments themselves are extremely well equipped and everything is good quality, clean and fresh. We had the top floor apartment on the swimming pool level, which we thought was the best one, but they were all similarly equipped. They are very light and airy, and have double patio doors in both the lounge area and in the bedroom, so wherever you are you can always keep your eye on that beautiful view!
The kitchen has a good size fridge/freezer and there was a bottle of water provided for our arrival. There is a microwave, a full-size electric kettle, an electric oven with timer and space for two saucepans on the hob. There is also an electric toaster, plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware, tea-towels etc. We did find the wine bottle opener a little difficult so made a note to bring one from home next time we visit. The lounge area has satellite TV, DVD player and internet access. The seating was comfortable, and on arrival there was even a fresh rose left on the coffee table for us, which was replaced during our stay.
Similarly, the bathroom was as good as being at home. There is plenty of storage space with a floor-to-ceiling cupboard and another double cupboard under the washbasin with a laundry basket incorporated. There is a full-size bath and this is totally enclosed with complete shower screening, making wet floors in the bathroom a thing of the past. Good-quality soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner were provided, also a hairdryer, shower mats and bath mats. There was a plentiful supply of toilet rolls, and no need for the “paper in the bin” here!
The bathroom towels and bed linen are changed every other day. In the bedroom there is a dressing table with mirror over, a range of floor-to-ceiling wardrobes with ample storage space and a full-length mirror. Clothes hangers are provided, plus extra pillows and blankets etc. The beds are extremely comfortable with very supportive mattresses. There are reading lamps on the bedside cabinets, and the lighting throughout the apartment is excellent, with the option of very bright lighting for reading/cooking etc, or more subdued for eating/watching TV (if that's what you want to do!). The lights on the balcony are also good for late-night reading.
The water supply is obviously filtered in some way as there is no residue left behind (as in some Greek hotels). There is also electric water heating available if, like us, you should get 3 days with no sunshine, so no need to go without a hot shower at any time. There is also air conditioning in both rooms, which we did not use but would probably be essential during mid-summer.
All in all, this apartment was everything we could have wished for, and because there are only four apartments in total it was very quiet and peaceful there. The owners had gone out of their way to make sure we were very comfortable and well provided for. They even made arrangements for car hire for us (and unless you are keen walkers a car is probably a necessity here), and on our last day we were able to take the car back to the airport and leave it there to be collected, which saved the cost of a taxi and made life so much easier for us at the end of our stay. So thank you, Kostas and Lionel – we had a fabulous holiday in an apartment which was as good as being in a private villa!

Van 7 tm 17 oktober 2011 zijn we te gast geweest bij Konstantinos
en Lionel. 2 sympahtieke gastheren die er alles aan doen om het je naar je zin te maken. Een fijn appartement dat met regelmaat werd schoongemaakt, handdoeken vernieuwd etc. Wij hebben genoten van het prachtige uitzicht op de baai, de mooi aangelegde tuin en vooral de rust! Je hebt wel absoluut een huurauto nodig.

"Eine wunderschone, sehr gepflegte Anlage mit phantastischer Aussicht.Wer Ruhe,Erholung und Komfort sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die zwei Hauser sind architetonisch gelungen in die Landschaft eingefugt.Die bluhende Gartenanlage und der schone Pool werden von den Eigentumern liebevoll gepflegt. Herzlich und zuvorkommend, dennoch dezent, bemuhen sich Kosta und Lionel um ihre Gaste. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Comments: Professionalita e qualita nell'accoglienza
Il Residence e situato su una collina da cui si gode di una vista bellissima sulla baia. A poche centinaia di metri in linea d'aria da spiagge, ristoranti, hotel e dal centro del paese di Kefalos, e sorprendente la pace e la serenita che caratterizza il giardino ricco di fiori e piante grasse al cui centro e la piccola ma "panoramica" piscina. Gli appartamernti, con le ampie vetrate e la loro dispisizione fanno apprezzare appieno la bellezza del luogo, sono arredati con gusto e cura nei particolari. Le informazioni e i suggerimenti dei proprietari su autonoleggio, ristoranti, spiagge ci hanno fatto trascorrere 4 splendide giornate.

Comments: Another perfect holiday
We stayed here for the second time from the 25th September for two weeks, all we can say is that in our opinion these appartments are by far the best in Kefalos, they are spacious, well equiped and in the most amazing location with views to die for !!!
Costas and Lionel are the perfact hosts , from the welcome aperitif on our first night to the lovely dinner we shared with them one evening they are really nice people .
We will return again next year without a doubt !!

Comments: Lovely holiday accommodation in Kos
We stayed here for one week in September. The residence is in a lovely location with stunning views over the bay, along the coast and towards the hills. It was great to lie in bed and watch the boats in the harbour and see the sunrise over the bay.
Costas and Lionel are the perfect hosts, welcoming and hospitable, knowledgeable about the area but respectful of their guest's privacy.
Our apartment (ground floor) was comfortable, well designed, well equipped and quiet.
The gardens are beautiful with amazing views and a lovely pool, great for lounging and soaking up the peace and tranquility.
We hired a car for half the week and there are some great beaches and scenery nearby but you don't need transport as long as you don't mind the walk up the hill.
We would definitely stay here again.

Het is een fantastische plaats om te vertoeven! Erg goede appartementen en erg vriendelijke, gastvrije mensen. Het was de derde keer dat we hier waren en we zullen zeker teruggaan.

L'anno scorso abbiamo scoperto questo posto speciale e quest'anno abbiamo deciso di concederci un'altra vacanza. Siamo appena tornati da una settimana di totale relax,
il residence e in una posizione meravigliosa con vista sul golfo a 180°,
l'appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli, il giardino e la piscina sono fantastici.

Comments: Truly relaxing experience
What wonderful & accomodating people Costas & Lionel are. Their beautiful, peaceful, paradise draws you into total relaxation. Our ground floor apartment was all that we were hoping for, and we spent many enjoyable afternoons around the amazing pool.
It is impossible to fault the kindness and helpfulness of the owners. They were available at your every request, and were genuinely pleased to help. I can't find any faults at all, and would highly recommend this locale to all.
We hired a car as part of the deal. It was waiting at the airport for us, and we were underway less than 10 minutes after leaving the plane. Again just a demonstration of the owners silk proven operation.
If you are a party animal, this is not for you, but if require quality time and relaxation, I can think of no better. It is no wonder that all of the reviews are superb. Quite simply, they are all correct.

Comments: Un paradis a Kefalos
Superbe sejour a Kefalosbay . C'est un endroit de reve:une vue panoramique sur la baie de Kefalos, un lever de soleil imprenable, une piscine originale avec sa plage et tout cela dans un cadre magnifique avec des fleurs et des plantes tres bien entretenues.L'appartement etait bien spacieux et de tres bon gout. La residence est tres calme et permet de bien se reposer. Naturellement tout cela grace a Costa et Lionel, qui sont prets a se plier en 4 pour vous conseiller. Leurs accueils et leurs delicatesses nous ont charmes.
Bref, une tres bonne adresse.

Comments: Eine Oase der Ruhe. Erholung pur!
Ich brauchte dringend eine Auszeit und habe eine Woche Erholung und Entspannung gesucht. Es sollte eine kleine aber feine Unterkunft sein, abseits des Pauschaltourismus.
Und was habe ich gefunden? Den perfekten Ort dafur: das Kefalosbay Residence.
Der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war einfach nur fantastisch, ich fuhlte mich sofort wohl und bestens aufgehoben. Die Anlage entspricht in allen Punkten zu 100% der Beschreibung auf der Webseite. Besser noch. Die Lage der Anlage und die Aussicht uber die Bucht von Kefalos sind absolut einmalig.
Die vier klimatisierten Apartments verfugen uber eine riesige Fensterfront mit Balkon oder Terrasse und sind bestens ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist in einen liebevoll gepflegten Garten eingebettet. Der Pool bietet mehr Liegen, als Gaste uberhaupt belegen konnten, somit ist immer ein freies Platzchen garantiert.
Die Gastgeber Lionel und Costas sind ein perfektes Team. Absolut herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit, dabei nie aufdringlich. Sie sorgen im Hintergrund fur das Wohlbefinden der Gaste.
Ich habe jeden Tag genossen und freue mich schon auf das nachste Jahr.

Siamo tornati da questa splendida struttura solo 2 settimane fa' e gia' ci manca
posto meraviglioso con fantastica vista sulla baia...tutto quello che vedete sul sito internet e' reale ...anzi ancora piu' bello
Costa e Lionel sono fantastici e vi fanno sentire come a casa propria ma con molta discrezione. Appartamenti super accessoriati...non dovete portarvi assolutamente nulla (eccetto la caffettiera se siete caffeinomani !!!)
Lo sconsiglio a chi ama la confusione....

Comments: ci e' piaciuto? certo che si!! e' il piu' bel residence di tutta la Grecia!
Ho con un amico soggiornato in agosto in questo piccolo complesso sulla collina di kefalos
isola di Kos Grecia, Dopo dieci anni di Grecia e 27 isole visitate posso senz'altro affermare che questo
e' il piu' bel posto della Grecia.
Il complesso si raggiunge dopo 500mt. di strada bianca dalla strada principale, quel tanto che basta per tenerlo lontano dal traffico, e affaccia strategicamente sulla baia di Kefalos
con una vista di una profondita senza precedenti.
Il complesso si compone di due villette da due appartamenti ciascuna, tutto ben arredato
di tutto punto, e con una pulizia, mi perdonino gli altri, ben oltre lo standard Greco,
Qui tutto e' immacolato.
Ogni appartamento se al primo piano ha un doppio terrzzo abitabile
di cui uno sempre all'ombra
e l'altro sempre al sole....
mentre al piano terra si ha il giardino privato tutto intorno, giardino che viene curato con meticolosita e passione giornaliera da uno dei due proprietari: Mr. Lionel,
che dopo un intensa vita di lavoro in giro per il mondo oggi si dedica all'arte di questo giardino, con una serenita che ti trasferisce, attraverso le due chiacchere del mattino.
Il giardino e' corredato di piscina a sfioro con disegno e fondo particolari che produce quel suono armonico d'acqua che ti fa meditare e sognare invitandoti a sperdere lo sguardo nel profondo
del mare che ovunque, dal complesso, puoi vedere.
Kosta, l'altro proprietario, invece, e sempre presente, ma con una presenza discreta
di cui non ti accorgi, certo e' che appena fai 10 passi verso la Sua casa per chiedere qualcosa,
Lui gia ti viene incontro con grande sorriso e disponibilita sempre pronto a risolverti il problema piccolo o grande che sia. Noi non l'abbiamo usata ma c'e' anache una bella lavanderia a disposizione degli ospiti.
In ultimo se vi fate voler bene da Kosta e Lionel, verrete una sera invitati ad un loro party aperitivo sul terrazzo della loro villa, che e' a fianco del complesso, li non solo godrete di uno spettacolo mozzafiato, ma potrete avere tutte le informazioni dettagliate
per visitare la meravigliosa isola, e insieme i loro racconti ed annedoti sull'isola stessa
e delle loro vite davvero intense. E fa molto pensare che oggi si siano ritirati in questo posto
cosi distante dalle performance dello stressante quotidiano,
ritirandosi invece in questo magico posto!
Attenzione ricordo che gli aperitivi Greci sono a base di splendide mezedes
preparate dagli stessi e di ouzo...... Oppa!!

Comments: Magnifique residence avec vue exceptionnelle surplombant la mer
Nous avons passe des vacances de reve a Kefalosbay Residence, l'appartement est tres bien agence et tres bien entretenu, le service hotelier est tres appreciable et surtout il a une terrasse qui permet de profiter de la vue mer. Residence tres calme, piscine a debordement tres belle (bravo Costa), superbe jardin (bravo Lionel). Et surtout un accueil tres chaleureux de nos hotes, toujours disponibles et a l'ecoute pour nous donner les meilleurs conseils touristiques et pratiques. A noter que la realite depasse les photos du site qui sont deja tres belles, nous esperons y retourner tres vite...

Comments:Paradijsje op aarde
Konstantinos en Lionel, 2 pracht kerels die een paradijsje tussen alle Griekse half afgemaakte vakantie complexen hebben gezet op een plek die uniek is voor Kos. Wat een mooi vakantie adres, en we gaan er weer heen. In andere recenties kun je lezen wat een ieder er over schrijft, en alles klopt gewoon.
Als je binnenkomt denk je gelijk... hier wil ik nooit meer weg! Wij hebben vanaf hun residentie gemountainbiked, wat prima ging! Je moet wel geoefend zijn want het is altijd bergie op en bergie af. Het adres is voor mensen die van rust houden, 4 appartementen zijn er maar, maar o zo mooi gelegen en wat een prachtig zwembad.
Het is geen plek voor vermaak, dus niet heen gaan als je op je vakantieadres een bar, disco etc wil, maar gewoon heengaan voor een rustplek en een prachtige uitvalsbasis voor strand en eilandbezoek. Kostas en Lionel, THANKS!

Comments: Fantastische accomodatie een paradijs op aarde
8-8-2011 Dit is werkelijk het paradijs op aarde, het biedt zo'n mooi uitzicht en de accomodatie is geweldig en prima onderhouden, groot compliment voor Kostas en Lionell.
Als je van rust houdt is dit een absolute aanrader, echt geweldig.
Er is een groot nadeel namelijk je moet er ook weer eens weg en dat valt niet mee.!!
Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad, belle verdere, complimenten aan de zeer gastvrije mensen.

Nous avions une reference d'accueil exceptionnel en Sicile, a Agrigento, nous en avons une seconde, a Kefalos...
L'endroit a beau etre magnifique, la vue paradisiaque, les appartements spacieux et confortables, la piscine tres originale (avec cette petite plage)... sans Costa et Lionel, nos hotes, il manquerait quelque chose...

Pas terug uit het paradijs, en dit al voor de tweede keer, en we gaan nog terug, kunnen er niet genoeg van krijgen.
Alles is zo perfect..... Het domein, het zwembad, het appartement, de omgeving, de eigenaars, zo'n lieve mensen.......
Echt de plek om naartoe te gaan..... De vergezichten vanop het terras zijn onbeschrijfelijk.... Is paar echt PUUR genieten.

Comments: Traumhafter Urlaub in der Kefalos Bay Residence
Der Intrnetauftritt unseres diesjahrigen Reiseziels versprach eigentlich bereits einen entspannten erholsamen Urlaub. Als wir dann aber vor dem Tor unserer weitlaufigen Anlage standen und einen ersten Gesamtuberblick uber das idyllische Anwesen erhielten war klar, dass die Realitat manchmal eben doch die Vorstellung ubertreffen kann. Unterkunft, Pool, Gartenanlage - alles liebevoll durch [*] und [*] gepflegt. Ihre tagtagliche Fursorge und Aufmerksamkeit, gleichzeitig aber auch mit der angemessenen Zuruckhaltung haben wir sehr genossen. Es gibt kaum ein Feriendomizil, das fur einen Urlaub nach einem stressigen Jahr besser geeignet ist, als Kefalos Bay Residence. Wir waren so begeistert, dass wir sofort fur das nachste Jahr gebucht haben. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt darauf. Gelsen Dank an [*] und[*]l!!

My husband and I made Kefalosbay Residence our honeymoon destination and couldn’t have been happier. It truly is the best place on the island! The views are incredible! Every morning we woke up to sunshine and beautiful blue waters. We were looking for someplace quiet to relax after our wedding excitement and definitely found the perfect place. The apartments are set apart from the main area so that when you sit outside on your terrace you have complete peace and quiet. The pool was amazing and there was never an issue finding a chair as there are more than enough for everyone. We rented a car for part of our time, but the days we didn’t we were very content to stay at the residence and enjoy the facilities there.
The best part of our stay was the incredible hospitality of Konstantinos and Lionel. Their kindness and knowledge went so far in making our stay perfect. Their attention to details were amazing. When we arrived at the apartment we found a fresh vase of flowers with a note from them wishing us a wonderful honeymoon. My husband especially loved the iced coffee that Konstantinos would bring us while we were sitting by the pool in the afternoon. They also had so much information on the best restaurants, the best beaches, and the best places to see. Any questions we had they knew the answers. On our way to Greece, my passport was stolen in Athens. When we got to Kos, Konstantinos made every effort to help me get everything sorted out in order to get a new one. He was so helpful and so knowledgeable about everything!
We really cannot say enough wonderful things about Kefalosbay Residence. If you are looking for a great Grecian holiday with peace and quiet but with lots to do nearby, than make sure you book a holiday to Kefalosbay Residence!

Apres notre deuxieme sejour a Kefalosbay, le sentiment de plenitude est toujours le meme. L’ile est petite, pourtant nous avons toujours le sentiment de pas avoir fait totalement le tour et qu’il reste des petits coins de bonheur caches au detour de sentiers accidentes. Kefalos reste Kefalos, un endroit calme et paradisiaque ou les criques les plus sublimes se cachent derriere les chemins de montagne a la vue imprenable.
La residence domine la baie et il y regne une serenite apaisante parfaite pour des vacances reparatrices. Les appartements sont spacieux, tres propres et parfaitement entretenus et ont tous une vue pittoresque sur la piscine et la mer.
Nos hotes, Lionel et Costa, sont toujours prets a offrir leur gentillesse et des conseils avises a l’ecart des secteurs touristiques qui enrichissent enormement l’ensemble du sejour. Et Fofo, quand elle presente a Kefalos ne manque pas d’apporter sa touche maternelle a coup de conseils culinaires.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal bei Costas u. Lionel und haben uns richtig wohl gefuhlt.Das Anwesen ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand sowie das Appartment mit einer " Top - Ausstattung"!Wir genossen die Ruhe und die superschone Aussicht sodass wir uns bestens erholen konnten .
Um dies nicht missen zu mussen,haben wir gleich fur das nachste Jahr gebucht!!

Comments: Un petit coin de paradis sur Kos
Nous avons passe une super semain dans cette residence magnifique situee sur une baie surplombant la mer. Quel bonheur de se baigner dans cette piscine avec sa petite plage et sa nage a contre-courant.
Un jardin tres bien entretenu ou jaillit parfois des petits lezards.
Et surtout le plus important,un accueil chaleureux des proprietaires Kostas et Lionel , et sans oublier Afroditi.
C'est le plus beau paysage de Kos et la ou on se sent le mieux.
A refaire sans hesiter!!

Comments: Il nostro Paradiso
Siamo tornati nel 2011 e ci ritorneremo il prossimo anno. Una settimana nel Kefalos bay residence per noi rappresenta una vacanza perfetta. Il silenzio, la vista sul golfo, la qualita' e il gusto dell'appartamento, la cura dello spendido giardino che circonda la piscina e non ultima la cortesia e la discrezione di Kostantinos e Lionel fanno di questo residence un'esperienza da provare assolutamente. In piu' un' ottima pulizia e un ricambio della biancheria puntuale compresi nel prezzo. Noi ci abbiamo lasciato un pezzettino del nostro cuore e speriamo di ritrovarlo il prossimo anno . Auch wir waren bereits zum 4. Mal in der Kefalosbay Residence bei Costas und Lionel. Hier kann man entspannen und relaxen von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute. Wir fuhlen uns hier wie im Paradies. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist gigantisch schon. Die Appartments sind mit besonderer Liebe ausgestattet. Die Gastfreundschaft der Besizter, Costas und Lionel ist kaum zu ubertreffen. Kefalos ist ein vertraumter Ort, wo die Uhren noch stehen geblieben sind. Auch wir kommen wieder.

Wir sind nun schon zum dritten Mal in Kefalos gewesen - und wir kommen wieder (so oft wir konnen). Warum?
Erholung, Gastfreundschaft, Ruhe, hochwertige Ausstattung, Herzlichkeit, es fehlt an nichts..
Costas und Lionel sind immer hilfsbereit, der Ort nicht uberlaufen,
und der Wassersprot in der Bucht ist auch traumhaft.

Comments: "Vorsicht Suchtgefahr".
Dem traumhaften Aufenthalt in der Residence im Mai letzten Jahres musste unbedingt heuer ein nachster folgen. Es war wieder unbeschreiblich schon, uberaus erholsam und ruhig hier in der perfekten, sehr gepflegten Ferienanlage.
Ganz besonders gefreut hat uns, als uns die Besitzer Afroditi, LIonel und Costas zu einem vorzuglichen Dinner an einen zauberhaft gedeckten Tisch in ihrem hubschen Haus einluden.
Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf nachstes Jahr im Juni, denn dann kommen wir wieder!

Comments: L' appagamento dell'anima
Gia all'arrivo, l'accoglienza sincera dei proprietari, ti fa capire di essere in un posto dove la spensieratezza e il rilassamento si impadroniscono di te. Strepitoso sapere che loro, ci sono quando serve e che nello stesso tempo e come se non esistessero, lasciandoti immersi in un giardino curato in mille dettagli tra fiori e piante dove nulla e fuori posto. Appena piu in la alzando lo sguardo la veduta e imbarazzante da quanto e strepitosa in ogni ora del giorno e della notte: Fantastico vedere, dall'appartamento, nascere il sole con il luccichio dei suoi colori sul mare e rilassante scrutare la luce della luna che ti coccola specchiandosi sull'acqua. La piscina con le sue forme coreografiche funge da completamento con la sonorita della cascata adossata alla parte piu estrema.
Gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutti i comfort, dal phone per i asciugare i capelli, al bollitore per l'acqua passando per il forno a micronde. Se si vuole rimanere ancorati alle vecchie abitudini pre vacanziere, si puo sempre usufruire della Wi-Fi e della Tv satellitare.
La pulizia e ineccepibile e l'arredo di qusto e nello stesso tempo brioso.
Una vacanza quindi, all'insegna di un'armonia difficile da ritrovare altrove.

Finalmente sotto di noi ci appare il blu variegato del mare di Kos.Scesi dall'aereo via di corsa verso Kefalosbay Residence che ci appre come una perla luminosa alla fine di una strada polverosa.Ad accoglierti sorridenti Lionel e Konstantinos due meravigliose
persone che discretamente seguono la tua vacanza pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi tua necessita.Le locations sono dei piccoli gioielli dotati di tutti i conforts(phon/bollitore /tostapane/forno micronde/tv/wi-fi).
La pulizia e impeccabile come pure il servizio biancheria.Tutto intorno il silenzio smorzato dal gorgoglio del getto d'acqua della bella e discreta piscina attrezzata ,immersa in uno splendido giardino.La notte ti avvolge silenzioza con il suo mantello di stelle mentre la luna illumina la baia e le piccole barche dei pescatori.
Il luogo ideale per rigenerare corpo e mente.

Arrivo a Kos, aereoporto, noleggi una vettura, meglio una piccola utilitaria per le strade dell'isola e in un quarto d'ora massimo arrivi su un'altro pianeta. E' la verita', una piccola strada non asfaltata che gira a gomito sul tornante che porta a Kefalos paese, ti conduce in questa residenza che a dire la verita' quando la vidi la prima volta su internet credevo fosse un fotomontaggio.
Lionel e Kosta sono i proprietari persone gentili e capaci che sanno accompagnarti per mano durante tutta la vacanza.
Rispettano la tua privacy ma al singolo bisogno sono presenti per toglierti qualsiasi problema.
Due abitazioni separate dalla stradina interna che porta alla dimora dei proprietari dove insistono due piccoli e curati appartamenti, camera da letto, bagno con vasca e doccia con box vetro, salottino/cucina che ti avvolge nella tua intimita'.Casa gran parte a vetri, che domina la baia di Kefalos dove al tramonto con in mano un buon bicchiere di Uzo seduto in terrazza se nella parte alta della abitazione o nel green se nella parte bassa puoi assistere alrientro delle piccole barche di pescatori, mai viste barche cosi' piccole, o delle barche a vela che vengono a dormire in rada.Tramonti da incanto.
Dimenticavo un giardino in gran parte di piante grasse tenuto in un modo maniacale dal grande Lionel una piccola piscina con Jacuzzi che domina la baia.
E se non puoi staccare dal lavoro wireless ovunque per poter essere sempre presente alla tua professione e se vuoi sapere cosa succede nel mondo una televisione satellitare in casa che prende quello che vuoi e in tutte le lingue

Strutture moderne e curate. Veramente uno spicchio di collina che da sul mare con vista molto bella sul porto sottostante. Sito ideale per chi cerca un posto di qualita , molto curato anche il giardino e soprattutto . . . la gentilezza dei proprietari.

We have stayed on many of the Greek Islands over the last 20 years, always in self-catering accommodation and I can honestly say we have never found such a wonderful place as Kefalos Bay before.
The standard of the apartments are excellent, well designed and extremely functional. We particularly liked the insect screens on all the windows and French doors.
Lets you have the breeze blowing in at night without getting eaten!
There was air conditioning if you wanted it. Costa and Lionel made you feel really welcome and were around for advice if you wanted, but never intrusive. The Gardens and the swimming Pool were beautifully designed.
We would move out there tomorrow if we could and will definitely be booking again.

Comments: Ein Traum um Urlaub zu machen.
Bereits am Ankunftstag hat uns wieder diese „Stille“ fasziniert. Auch beim zweiten Besuch

Dieser Ort macht einen glucklich und ist mit seiner Schonheit und Stille au?ergewohnlich friedlich.

Trovare questo residence e stata una vera fortuna! I quattro appartamenti che lo compongono si trovano in una posizione davverso unica, immersi nella tranquillita totale e con un panorama da togliere il fiato. Sono pulitissimi, nuovissimi, molto spaziosi e dotati di tutti i confort. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa! Il giardino tutt'intorno, e la piscina a sfioro sulla baia di Kefalos hanno reso il contesto ancora piu suggestivo. E poi i due padroni di casa: Kostas e Lionel, due persone speciali, alle quali vanno tutti i nostri ringraziamenti per aver reso questa vacanza ancora piu bella! Van 14 tot 24 mei verbleven wij in Kefalosbay Residence. Werkelijk een fantastische tijd. Wij hebben al veel locaties in Europa bezocht, maar deze staat met stip op nummer een.
Een geweldige plek om te verblijven: de locatie, het appartement, de inrichting, de tuin, het zwembad, het uitzicht, de rust, de eigenaren Kostas en Lionel. Werkelijk te veelomvattend voor een korte beschrijving; zondermeer het mooiste plekje van het eiland Kos.
Bovendien heeft de ongedwongenheid van het verblijf en de eilandbewoners ons aangenaam verrast.
Waar reserveer je nog telefonisch een huurauto die voor je klaarstaat op de parkeerplaats van de Airport met de autosleutels onder de mat? Kom maar langs om te registreren en af te rekenen als je gesetteld bent in je appartement.
Het eiland Kos biedt talloze mogelijkheden: mooie dorpjes, de stad Kos, uitdagende fiets- en wandeltochten, prachtige stranden. Niet onbelangrijk: Griekse restaurantjes waar je voor weinig geld heerlijk kan eten. Dat alles op aanraden van Kostas die tijdens het welkomstdrankje en gedurende het verblijf altijd bereid is goede tips te geven of een telefoontje te plegen voor een reservering.
Nogmaals: hier geniet je werkelijk optimaal van je vakantie en zou je direct willen reserveren voor een volgend verblijf.

Per visitare Kos, il modo migliore e avere la possibilita di essere ospiti di Kosta e Lionel! La location e paradisiaca, l'aereoporto dista 15 minuti di automobile e Kos citta a circa 1/2 ora. Kefalos e il paese piu vicino al residence, dove non mancano locali per mangiare bene, spendendo poco. Le migliori spiagge dell'isola si trovano a pochi minuti. Kosta e Lionel sono dei padroni di casa discreti ma sempre attenti alle richieste dei loro ospiti. Tutti gli appartamenti sono orientati verso il mare, al loro interno non manca nulla, compresa la tv satellitare e il wifi e l'aria condizionata gratuiti ( cosa non da poco, il numero di ospiti in contemporanea e al massimo di 12 persone,che pace!). Siamo rimasti incantati dalla bellissima piscina e dal curatissimo giardino....che dire, andateci e ne rimarrete sorpresi.

Il faut dire que Kostas et Lionel ont beaucoup contribué à ce que tout se passe au mieux et plus que bien.

Nous avons vraiment passé des moments de partage et de découverte très agréables.

Beautiful location situated in a wonderful environment between mountain and
seeside with a stunning view at the bay of Kefalos and the surrounding
islands.
Loving garden site with a gorgeous swimmingpool - really the best location
to relax & enjoy.
Warm and hearty reception by the owners with lots of given infos & tips for
trips arround Kefalos and Kos island.
We were very comfortable in these nice appartments fully equipped and
offside from the loud tourist pathways. Best place for those who like to
spend their holidays more individually in a relaxed athmosphere. We can
really recommend this location we would come again anytime to this
beautiful place!

Voor het 4e jaar op deze locatie geweest.
Alles wat op internet staat is in werkelijkheid ook zo.
De gastheren Lionel en Costas doen alle mogelijke moeite om U vakantie zo prettig mogelijk te laten verlopen. Rust en privacy staan voorop.

Die 4 hubschen Apartements liegen in absoluter Ruhe mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Bucht von Kefalos. Das Apartement ist stilvoll und zweckmassig eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Besonders erwahnenswert ist der wunderschone Pool.
Die beiden Gastgeber bemuhen sich erfolgreich um eine besonders personliche Atmosphare. So wurden wir am ersten Abend auf einen Umtrunk eingeladen und erhielten viele wertvolle Insidertipps fur die Erkundung der Insel. Die Gastgeber haben sich wahrend des gesamten Aufenthalts taglich unaufdringlich nach unserer Zufriedenheit erkundigt.
Die Anlage ist vorwiegend geeignet fur Paare jeden Alters, die nach Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Staying at the Kefalos Bay Residence was the highlight of our trip to Kos.
The location is amazing, not just for Kefalos, but for the entire island. Its clean, quiet, calming, with stunning views of the bay and surrounding hillside, and everything you would need to make your stay comfortable.
The kitchen and bathroom were spotless and fully stocked. I think the best part, however, was being hosted by Kostas and Lionel, two amazing people who will do everything they can to make your trip the best it can be.
We took them up on all of their recommendations - for restaurants, hidden beaches and mountainous adventures.

Nous avons passes de tres bonnes vacances a Cos.
Kefalos est pour nous en tout cas la partie la plus belle de l'ile, avec beaucoup de possibilite de faire des promenades. Surtout quand on est bien informe par ses hotes! Nous pouvons bien dire que l'accueil que nous avons eu a Kefalos Bay etait extraordinaire.
Lionel et Konstantinos ont vraiment tout fait pour nous donner un sejour agreable.
Et quand l'appartement est tellement bien equipe, et quand on a une vue splendide sur la mer...
Mieux sera difficile a trouver a Kos!

"Reisezeit: die letzten beiden Aprilwochen 2011: ... Tja, was sollen wir sagen? ...WIR WOLLEN ZURUCK!!! ...denn wir konnen uns den positiven Eindrucken unserer Vormieter nur anschlie?en.
Es war einfach traumhaft in der Kefalosbay Residence bei Kostas und Lionel. Wo fangen wir an? Wir denken, man muss es gesehen und erlebt haben, deshalb nur ein paar Stichworte.
Die Anlage: super gepflegt, liebvoll gestaltet, perfekt und ruhig gelegen, fantastischer Ausblick, viel Raum zur Entspannung und zum traumen.
Das Apartment: Komplettausstattung vom Eierbecher uber DVD-Player bis hin zum Dosenoffner und Olivenentkerner ist alles enthalten, gepflegt und ebenso liebevoll eingerichtet wie die Au?enanlage vermuten lasst, genialer Ausblick, Zwei, wir betonen ZWEI Terrassen, wenn man eines der Apartments im OG bewohnt, eine nette Angestellte namens Christina, die alle 2 Tage fur frische Bettwasche, Handtucher und eine saubere Wohnung garantiert. Wahnsinn! Die Vermieter: Gastfreundlich aber nicht aufdringlich, hilfsbereit und sehr engagiert, egal worum es geht! Immer gut gelaunt und fur nette Plaudereien zu haben.
Erwahnenswert ist besonders der kleiner Empfang mit typischen Speis und Trank der Insel und nutzlichen Informationen uber die selbige. Fazit: Einfach empfehlenswert, Schulnote 1+ mit Sternchen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuhlt und waren sehr uberrascht uber dieses "Gesamtpaket"! Erlebt es einfach selbst! Christian und Elisabeth aus Thuringen, dem grunen Herzen Deutschlands."

"Nous avons passe un magnifique sejour debut avril a Kefalos Bay Residence. Cette propriete et sa vue qu''elle offre sur la baie de Kefalos sont d''une beaute exceptionnelle. L''appartement fut parfaitement bien equipe, decore avec gout, rien a dire egalement sur la proprete grace a Christina. Nous avons ete chaleureusement accueillit par les proprietaires, parlant tres bien francais et restant disponibles a tout moment; et qui nous ont guides vers les plus beaux sites de l''ile, et nous les en remercions beaucoup. Nous y retournerons volontiers tous les ans les yeux fermes, et a vous conseiller membres homelidays d''y sejourner en toute confiance!!! Petit conseil : pour ceux qui souhaite louer un vehicule durant votre sejour, demandez aux proprietaires les coordonnees de leur partenaire, afin de reserver avant de partir, un vehicule de cette agence vous attendra sur le parking de l''aeroport a votre arrivee, ou de plus, les tarifs restent tres raisonnables. Nous n''avons pas eu cette chance et n''avions pas reserve, passant louer au meme tarif sur place sur l''ile, mais ce ne fut pas le cas, le prix sur place avait double... Pensez donc a reserver au prealable!! La periode choisie pour notre sejour fut egalement tres agreable puisque tres peu de touristes, la saison commencant plutot vers mi-avril. Mais malheureusement l''eau de la mer n''est pas encore assez chaude a cette periode. L''ile de Kos est magnifique pour passer d''excellentes vacances et vous doublerez votre bonheur en sejournant a Kefalos Bay Residence."

"Als die ersten Gaste des Jahres sind wir nach traumhaften neun Tagen leider schon wieder zuhause. Wir haben schon einige Ferienwohnungen erlebt, aber diese war mit Abstand die beeindruckteste. Die Wohnung war im perfekten Zustand, alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die beiden Besitzer Costa und Lionel haben alles mit Liebe eingerichtet und achten auch sehr auf die Details (regelma?ig frische Blumen auf dem Tisch, wunderschone original Bilder aus Afrika). Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch der einmalige Panoramablick, der selbst aus dem Bett heraus zu genie?en ist. Die beiden Vermieter sind sehr herzlich aber nicht aufdringlich, am ersten Abend wurden wir zu einem Begru?ungsumtrunk eingeladen, bei dem sie viele wertvolle Tipps geben konnten. Sie standen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite wenn man Fragen hatte. Kos ist auch im fruhen Fruhjahr absolut eine Reise wert. Die Attraktionen und die Strande hat man fast fur sich allein, die Sonne brennt noch nicht zu heftig, die Temperaturen haben mittags zum Schwimmen vollig ausgereicht. Die Tierwelt, besonders in Kefalos ist faszinierend. Kleine Abstriche sollte man bei der Auswahl der Restaurants um diese Zeit einplanen, da viele noch in der Winterpause sind. Wir danken fur einen traumhaft schonen Urlaub und konnen die Kefalosbay Residenz uneingeschrankt weiterempfehlen. "

We have just returned from our week?s holiday in Kelafos bay residence.
Having travelled to a number of European destinations, this is has been one of our favourites. The panoramic views are absolutely amazing from every single part of the apartment.
The owners are extremely welcoming and helpful and will do anything to make your holiday perfect. Having been around kefalos and the surrounding area Kefalos bay residence is by far the best accommodation, its facilities, cleanliness and practicality are 10 out of 10 and its location is perfectly situated in the middle between the village and then sea front.
I would recommend anyone to choose kefalos bay residence and we cant wait to return again next time.

Es war unser erstes Mal, dass wir die Insel Kos besucht haben. Wir haben wirklich sehr viel gesehen und konnen mit uberzeugung sagen, dass wir das schonste Apartment der Insel hatten. Kosta und Lionel waren sehr gastfreundlich und nett. Das Apartment war in einem super gepflegten Zustand und hatte eine tolle Ausstattung. Der Panoramablick und die schone Terasse waren einmalig. Wir mochten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Kefalos Bay residence !
We have just returned from a most enjoyable vacation on the enchaning island of Kos,where we were extremely fortunate to have chosen superb accommodation.
Initially it was the views from the apartments that attracted us and we were not disappointed as the vista across the bay with the little islands dotted around and the beautifully designed gardens exceeded all expectations;the pool area in particular was laid out in a very pleasing,imaginative style and as there are only four apartments on the site,was never shared by more than eight people and rarely that many so no jostling for sunbeds!
The furnishings in the apartment were of a good standard,nice quality drapes and clean comfortable mattresses;bedding and towels were changed every three days and the apartment cleaned at the same time,crockery and cutlery were complete matched sets not a collection of odd items,all the cooking equipment was good and plentiful with a more than adequate sized fridge/freezer,oven and hob.The outside space was quite large and a useful extension of the living area.
The owners live in their own house on site and were therefore on hand for advice and help but were not intrusive on one`s privacy,they were,friendly,courteous and knowledgeable.
If you are looking for a party atmosphere where you can drink the night away to dancing and loud music,then this is NOT the place for you,however,if you want a calm peaceful enviroment to unwind and soak up the local atmosphere in pleasant surrounding then we would not hesitate to recommend this vacation rental,we shall more than likely return here ourselves in the future.

Kefalos Bay Residence is an exellent place to stay, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by the two lovely owners. We have stayed in Kefalos many times and these apartments are the best we have ever stayed in , they are well equiped and have the most spectacular views over Kamari Bay and the surrounding area .
We are hoping to stay here again in September 2011... a truely amazing place to stay !!!

Net zo als vorig jaar hebben we nu ook weer een heeeeerlijke week achter de rug bij Costas, Lionel en niet te vergeten "mama`Afroditi. Wat een gastvrijheid!!!
Een hele fijne avond gehad bij hen samen met zus Sofia en kok Costas heeft zijn klookkunsten laten zien!
Het appartement, het uitzicht, de rust, het zwembad, de tuin: kortom alles!!! Soms zou je wel een 11 of meer willen geven. dit is zo'n moment.

In der Kefalosbay-Residence haben wir ein Stuckchen Paradies gefunden!!
Wir reisen viel und haben im europaischen Bereich bisher nichts Vergleichbares fur einen Individualurlaub gefunden!!
Der uberwaltigende Blick, den man auch vom Inneren der exklusiven und sehr gepflegten Apartments hat, wurde ja schon mehrfach erwahnt. Selbst die Kleinigkeiten stimmen: verschiedene Elektrogerate, Fohn, Bett aus Leder, afrikanische Olgemalde, Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und Turen, die Badezimmermobel (Schrank und Ablage fur die Toilettenartikel), mehrere Spiegel, die Blume auf dem Tisch, Stra?enkarte der Kefalos-Halbinsel (vergro?ert und laminiert zum Ausleihen bei Erkundungen), kleines Geschenk zum Abschied… Ebenso ist die Au?enanlage mit den unzahligen Kakteen und Pflanzen, die ganz liebevoll gepflegt wird, eine Augenweide.

Na de recensies op deze site hebben wij zelf kunnen ervaren hoe fantastisch het hier is. Niets gelogen! Het complex is erg rustig. De tuin en het zwembad zijn grandioos en zeer goed onderhouden.
Het appartement is ruim voor 2 personen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is zelfs een ruimte met wasgelegenheid. Dit complex is zeker niet voor diegene die uit hun bol willen gaan en willen feesten. Hiervoor zal je toch echt naar Kos Stad of Kardamena moeten. Kefalos en Kamari zijn rustige plaatsjes met gezellige restaurantjes.
We adviseren wel om een vorm van gemotoriseerd vervoer te huren. Kos is dan wel een fietseiland maar niet in de buurt van Kefalos. (Of je moet een geoefende fietser zijn).
Aanrader: Restaurant Agios Theologos. Hier kan je geweldig eten en het uitzicht is fantastisch. Met zonsondergang is het hier prachtig. Lionel en Kostas zijn idd geweldige gastheren.
Kortom, we hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad en zullen zeker nog een keer terug gaan.

Wij waren ook voor de tweede keer in de kefalos residence en het is werkelijk
ongelooflijk fantastisch hier. Rust, rust pure rust op een overweldigende
locatie. Een geweldig uitzicht op zee en de baai van kefalos. Ook de gastvrijheid
van Kostas, Lionel, Fofoo is hartverwarmend. Met tranen in de ogen
moesten we naar drie weken weer afscheid nemen, maar ook wij hebben

Voor de tweede keer zijn wij hartelijk ontvangen bij Costas en Lionel in Kefalos Residence.
En weer hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad,mede door de gastvrijheid van de heren,de prachtige appartementen de schitterende ligging,maar vooral de rust in deze mooie omgeving,de verzorgde tuin,en niet te vergeten het heerlijke zwembad met een waanzinnig uitzicht over de baai van kefalos.

Van 3 tot en met 24 juli 2010 hebben wij voor de tweede keer 3 weken doorgebracht in Kevalos Bay Residence. Het is en blijft een geweldige locatie!! Lionel en Costas schrijven Service nog steeds met een hele grote hoofdletter en dat maakt het compleet. Een prima apartement met veel luxe, veel rust en ruimte, eenmalige uitzichten en een goede pool!! Hier valt niets aan toe te voegen en dat is de reden dat we voor 2011 weer drie weken optie genomen hebben en graag terug gaan naar KevalosBay Residence

Ist man in Kefalos Bay angekommen dann muss man erst die Aussicht bewundern :-).
Die Anlage ist wunderschon, gepflegt und so richtig zum relaxen. Die Appartments sind schon geschnitten, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht.
Die Wirklichkeit toppt sogar das, was die Internetseite schon vorher verspricht!
Die Besitzer super gastfreundlich - wir haben uns ab dem ersten Tag (fast) wie zuhause gefuhlt.
Es war unser erster Griechenlandurlaub und der Abschied fiel uns schwer. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Il posto è meraviglioso, al di sopra di ogni aspettativa nonostante aver visto le foto e letto i commenti dei precedenti clienti. Kostantinos ed il suo staff sono persone molto gentili e premurosi. L\'appartamento è bellissimo e molto pulito. Il giardino e la piscina sono tenuti in maniera maniacale e la vista è semplicemente da sogno. Nous avions rencontrés Lionel et Costas en Asie cet hiver et donc les connaissant un peu nous nous attendions en venant chez eux à quelque chose de trés bien. En fait c 'est mille fois mieux que ce que l'on imagine même en regardant les photos sur le site. Les logements sont superbes et trés confortables. Le jardin est un enchantement et la piscine une perle dans son écrin. Le panorama sur la baie de Kefalos est à couper le souffle. En fait, tout vous enchante, la gentillesse, l 'accueil et la disponibilité de nos amis et de leur famille! Le calme qui vous entoure! Tout n 'est que beauté et sérénité! Et quand, cerise sur le gâteau, Polivotti,le beau chat du domaine vient vous faire la grâce d 'une caresse, on se dit que le bonheur existe!

Bereits zum 3.Mal verbrachten wir im Juni herrliche Urlaubstage bei Costas und Lionel in der Kefalosbay Residence. Mit Worten kaum zu beschreiben, wie schon es dort ist.
Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist gigantisch schon und verzaubernd und strahlt eine gigantische Ruhe aus. Der richtige Ort zum Relaxen und Abschalten.
Die Gastfreundschaft von Lionel und Costas ist toll. Hier fuhlt man sich einfach wohl. Im Appartment fehlt es an nichts,konnte nicht perfekter sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder...Conny + Harry

Sicuramente qualche cosa di diverso, qualche cosa che non è facile trovare non solo in Grecia. E\' un ambiente dove non puoi non ricaricare le tue energie!
Lionel, Kosta e lo staff sono semplicemente perfetti!: discreti, attenti ai minimi dettagli, pieni di gusto e di attenzioni.
Ci si sente subito a proprio agio sin dal momento nel quale arrivando si legge l\'insegna del residence; in poche parole rassicurante! Mai nulla fuori posto, gli appartamenti sono tutti ben curati dotati di tutti i comfort e ricchi di accessori che altrove non è facile avere (provare per credere)così da farti venire la voglia di soggiornare per lungo tempo vivendoci in tutti e quattro. Il giardino è semplicemente qualche cosa di fantastico; un mix tra fiori e piante che non può non sorprenderti per la cura e le attenzioni che gli vengono prestate. Nonostante l\'ottimo sito web, vederlo dal vivo rende ben di più.
NOTA IMPORTANTE: Il silenzio impera sovrano in quanto l\'edificio è situato in una collina, non vicinissimo alla strada principale e domina la favolosa baia di Kefalos: raccomando a tutti la visione dell\'alba!

Un luogo per chi ama e ricerca silenzio tranquillità e gusto estetico. gli appartamenti sono dotati di ogni confort e arredati con attenzione ai particolari.il giardino é bellissimo tenuto con grande cura e attenzione, ma soprattutto é la gentilezza, la disponibilità la simpatia e al contempo la discrezione di Konstantinos e Lionel e del loro staff a rendere indimenticabile il soggiorno a Kefalosbay.
Ripensiamo spesso ai giorni trascorsi a Kefalosbay e speriamo di ritornare anche l'anno prossimo per un'altra vacanza da sogno.

Wir fahren seit Jahren nach Griechenland in Urlaub, meistens an Pfingsten und fast immer nehmen wir uns ein anders Ziel vor. Im Internet stie?en wir auf die Kefalosbay Residence. Oft haben die Bilder nicht der Wirklichkeit entsprochen. Doch diesmal waren wir auf angenehme Weise uberrascht. Wow!!
Leider war nur noch eine der Wohnungen fur vier Nachte frei. Diese Zeit haben wir jedoch sehr genossen: einfach wunderschon, traumhaft, unvergesslich!!!
Die Lage, die exklusiven und gepflegten Wohnungen, der Pool - alles au?erst geschmackvoll und vom Feinsten. Dazu die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit der sehr sympathischen Besitzer [*] und [*] , eine fast familiare Atmosphare. Wir kommen wieder!

Fraai complex op geweldige lokatie
De hoge beoordelingen voor deze plek zijn volkomen terecht.
Daar komt nog bij dat Kostas en Lionel voortreffelijke gastheren zijn.

Appartementen worden uitstekend onderhouden, zijn perfect ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Costa en Lionel zijn erg gastvrij en doen er alles aan om je het naar je zin te maken. Al met al zeer aanbevelenswaardig en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Seit Mitte Oktober hat das Paradies für uns einen Namen ? Kefalos Bay Residence.
Die zwei Wochen dort waren Erholung pur. Dafür sorgte die Sonne, das wunderschöne Appartement mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und der mit viel Liebe und Engagement angelegte Garten.
Besonders zu erwähnen ist unser Gastgeber Kosta, der immer Zeit für uns hatte, uns mit einem Frappé am Pool verwöhnte und uns einen Abend gestaltete, den wir und die anderen Gäste ? Gilbert und Christiane, Christoph und Gertrui sicher nicht zu schnell vergessen werden.
Dir Kosta und Deiner Mutter Afroditi dafür recht herzlichen Dank ? und ........., Du kannst sicher sein, wir kommen wieder, nicht nur wegen der Taucherbrille.

Pour nos vingt ans de mariage, Christophe et moi cherchions un endroit special et inoubliable et Kefalos Bay Residence a depasse toutes nos attentes…L’implantation est en effet unique et la vue de tous les appartements est merveilleuse. C’est un endroit de repos et de calme concu avec beaucoup de gout et parfaitement entretenu. Les photos montrees sur le site n’exagerent en rien, au contraire meme.
Mais ce qu’une photo ne peut jamais montrer, et ce qui nous a particulierement touche, c’est l’ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale qui y regne, c’est la gentillesse de Kostantinos et de sa famille et toute la peine que ces gens se sont donnes pour nous offrir un conge inoubliable dans le cadre de nos vingt ans de mariage. Nous aimerions conclure par une phrase:
“Merci, Costas, pour tout ce que tu nous a donne. On a vraiment apprecie”.

As last year we spent 3 months in Kefalos Bay Residence. And we have already booked 3 months for next year. Why? Many reasons. The climate is much better than we are used to in Norway, the winds are more steady for Old Teddy(68) who still is absolute crazy about speedsurfing in Kefalos Bay, the nature are wild and beautiful, the greek people are friendly and helpful, the Recidence has everything a guest needs to have a good life free from frustrations - no practical problems, no trafficnoise, a very friendly and clever crew ? and of course the very special and wonderful garden which is a piece of art!

Hallo Konstantinos,
gerade letzten Sonntag haben wir intensiv an euch gedacht: wir haben Fotos von unserem Kos-Urlaub angesehen und gesprochen, dass wir euch schreiben wollen, also habt bitte noch etwas Geduld mit uns, wir sind alle ziemlich „busy“, aber Fotos kommen bestimmt nach. Vorab nur soviel: Es war ein richtig toller Urlaub – unser Quartier hatten wir naturlich auf dem schonsten „Fleck“ der Insel, wo? Naturlich Kefalosbay Residence, wunderbare Lage, einmalige Aussicht, liebevoll gepflegte Anlage, extrem nette Gastgeber, fur Ruhe- und Erholung suchende Genie?er genau das Richtige.
Bei uns hat der Winter schon etwas angeklopft, es war schon ziemlich kalt und wir hatten bereits den ersten Schnee. Heute hatten wir Sonnenschein, konnten jedoch nur durchs Fenster die Sonnenstrahlen genie?en, da die Arbeit auch bei Schonwetter erledigt gehort.
So lieber Konstantinos, recht liebe Gru?e an Lionel und speziell eine Umarmung an deine ganz liebe Mutter.

We hebben geweldig genoten van de rust, gastvrijheid, uitzicht en het comfort.
Dit is gewoon een plaats waar je geweest moet zijn wat een fantastisch uitzicht over Kefalos Bay.

"Kefalos Bay Residence est un endroit idyllique ou tout est fait pour que le sejour soit a la hauteur du reve que l’on a pu se faire de nos vacances en regardant les photos du site internet. Le cadre est fantastique, la vue sur la Bay est imprenable, le petit parc de la residence est immacule, les appartements sont tres bien concus (vu sur la mer quelque soit la piece) et la piscine aussi turquoise que la mer. La residence est dans une partie de l’ile ou le tourisme y est moins developpe et donc le sejour plus paisible.
Nos hotes sont aux petits soins pour que le sejour se passe au mieux, dans un cocktail de discretion et de presence. Les bons conseils et les petits secrets de visite, de gastronomie ou de bonnes plages sont de mises et enrichissent considerablement le sejour. L'entretien de la residence et des appartements est parfait. Et surtout le silence qui y regne est tres apaisant.
L’ile est pittoresque, vallonee (elle peut rappeler la Corse par certain points) la mer turquoise, les poissons fluos, les plages sont somptueuses, certaines bien cachees sortent tout droit de nos reves. Kefalos est un village traditionnel epargne par la fievre touristique au contraire de Kos qui elle merite visite pour ses sites archeologiques.
Voila, si Kefalos Bay Residence etait moins loin je pense qu’on y passerait tous nos week end. Un sejour de vacances inoubliable, un endroit ou on retournera sans aucun doute.

Wir mochten uns nochmals ganz herzlich fur den wunderschonen Aufenthalt in eurer Residence bedanken. Wir haben selten einen Urlaub erlebt, bei dem alles so unkompliziert ablief. Von der Buchung bis zum Autoverleih, alles unburokratisch und prompt. Was die Unterkunft betrifft- vom Allerfeinsten, schoner als auf den Bildern, und die sind schon ein Hammer. "Periodo di soggiorno 08/08/2009 – 15/08/2009 Siamo d'accordo con le altre testimonianze e il sito del residence rispecchia la realta alla perfezione, anzi consigliamo di andare a passare una meravigliosa vacanza in questo posto perche possiate scoprire anche tutte le mille opportunita e comfort che offre dall’ospitalita al relax piu assoluto. Se ce ne fosse stata l’occasione e la possibilita avremmo prolungato volentieri la vacanza. Il rapporto qualita/prezzo e veramente ottimo. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, ben arredati, confortevoli, puliti e attrezzati veramente di tutto (dalla tv satellitare alla connessione internet per non parlare della cucina e….bhe se vi elenchiamo tutto ora poi non avrete piu la sorpresa quando andrete li!!!) La vista panoramica e la tranquillita del posto sono impareggiabili. Kostantinos….la tua gentilezza, ospitalita e simpatia hanno reso tutta la nostra permanenza ancora piu indimenticabile. "Logement en parfait etat, particulierement lumineux, d'une proprete impeccable, equipe d'un mobilier de qualite et decore avec gout. La residence, situee en retrait du village et ne comportant que 4 appartements est tres calme. Le jardin est tres agreable(fleurs, cactus, galets...). La piscine avec nage a contre-courant et plage artificielle est remarquable et de son emplacement on peut profiter de la vue superbe sur la baie de Kefalos. Le village de Kefalos, reste typique, est accessible en quelques minutes a pieds et on y trouve tous les commerces necessaires. Enfin,ce qui rend le sejour inoubliable,c'est la gentillesse et l'hospitalite des proprietaires Costa et Lionel, discrets mais disponibles a tout moment. Ils nous ont aide a decouvrir la richesse du patrimoine culturel de l'ile, les ressources du village de Kefalos et les coutumes des habitants (fetes locales). C'est avec grand plaisir que nous y retournerons certainement. "

Voor de Nederlanders een echte aanrader. Tjonge wat is het hier fantastisch. Wij zijn
al 18 jaar Kosliefhebbers, maar dit is wat wij al jaren zoeken. Net een eigen huisje op dit

Geen all inclusive, geen hotel met lastige gasten, maar gewoon genieten

Wat een verrassing! Via de internetsite hadden we al een mooie indruk gekregen van de locatie en gebouwen op Kefalosbay. Echter toen we op de plek stonden waren we sprakeloos. Het is niet te omschrijven en ook niet met foto of film aan te geven. Je moet er zijn, dan zie je de pracht en voel je de rust. Op Zoover.nl schreven wij al dat het een paradijs is en daar is niets te veel mee verteld. Alsof het nog niet genoeg is, zijn de twee gastheren ook nog eens super attent.
Een eenmalige locatie die ons weer vlug heeft doen besluiten om voor volgend jaar te boeken.
Dat wordt wederom GENIETEN met hoofdletters.

Het was fantastisch!!!!
We zijn aan het bekomen van een prachtige week in Kefalos. We zijn nog steeds onder de indruk van ligging, vriendelijkheid, gastvrijheid, prachtig appartement en een bijzondere omgeving. Wil je rust, een week lang onthaasten, privacy dan is dit een must. Eigenlijk wil je deze plek voor je zelf houden, dus niet verder vertellen.
We willen vooral Konstantinos (Kosta) en Lionel bedanken voor hun gastvrijheid en de zorg die zij voelen om de gasten een onvergetelijke vakantie te bezorgen.

"Mijn vrouw en ik zijn net terug van Kos en hebben twee weken buitengewoon genoten van ons verblijf in Kefalos Bay. De gastheren Lionel en Costa weten hoe ze een verblijf zeer aangenaam kunnen maken en weten elke keer weer gasten positief te verrassen. Een aanrader voor mensen die abslute rust zoeken na een heel drukke periode van werken, sjouwen etc.
Voor kinderen beneden 18 jaar is het minder geschikt omdat het terrein erg geaccidenteerd is en er voor hen niet zo heel veel meer valt te beleven dan het zwembad, dat dan weer net iets te klein is voor hen.
Het uitzicht is mooier dan je op de verschillende foto's ziet, werkelijk exceptioneel"

Traumhafte Anlage mit atemberaubender Aussicht!!!
Hier stimmt einfach alles: super Pool in gepflegter Gartenlandschaft, intelligent zugeschnittene und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Apartments - alles mit Blick auf\'s Meer und sehr ruhig gelegen!Wir haben Konstantinos und Lionel als perfekte Gastgeber erlebt: eigentlich unsichtbar, aber sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle, falls von ihren Gästen gewünscht.
Da kindgerechte Bade- und Spielmöglichkeiten fehlen, ist diese wunderschöne Apartmentanlage weitaus besser für ruhesuchende Paare geeignet - und ein Mietwagen ist in jedem Fall empfehlenswert.
Thomas und ich gratulieren Konstantinos und Lionel zu ihrem Gesamtkonzept der Anlage. Wir wünschen ihnen viel Erfolg und hoffen, bald mal wieder die Vorzüge von Kefalosbay Residence genießen zu können.

The apartments are set in tranquil surroundings with the most fantastic views, the apartments have everything needed and are very clean & comfortable and most importantly your hosts are the best. Wir entdeckten Kefalosbay Residence durch Zufall und verbrachten eine unglaublich schone und erholsame Woche unter der Obhut von Konstantinos und Lionel.
Die Apartments lassen keinen Wunsch offen und der Meerblick, den man aus jedem Zimmer genie?en kann, ist unvergleichlich.
Die gesamte Anlage ist au?erst gepflegt, der Pool kann sogar mit dem Meer konkurrieren. Wir mussen uns der Meinung der anderen Gaste anschlie?en und konnen diese familiar gefuhrte Unterkunft nur jedem weiterempfehlen.
Es gibt nichts Nachteiliges zu sagen, ein richtiger Geheimtipp ; )

Ook wij zijn gevallen voor de charmes van Kefalos Bay Residence. Prachtige stijlvolle appartementen met een ongelofelijk mooi uitzicht over zee, in een tot in de puntjes verzorgde tuin met schitterend zwembad. Door de kleinschaligheid van de Residence krijg je het gevoel als miljonair in je prive-accommodatie te zijn met je eigen zwembad. Temeer omdat in ons geval de andere drie appartementen niet waren verhuurd.
Wij roemen de enorme gastvrijheid van Kostas en Lionel, de gastheren, die ons als vorsten onthaald hebben en voor wie niets teveel was. Wij bewaren de beste herinneringen aan het gezamenlijk aperitief en het diner met andere vrienden Maria (Gr.) en Willy (B)
Een auto is echt nodig, maar die kost heel weinig, Wij betaalden bij Manolis 23,50 per dag voor een sterke Fiat Panda inclusief kilometers en alle verzekeringen.
Wij vinden Kefalos Bay Residence ook een echte aanrader! We maken graag reclame, zoals U leest!

Eine schoenere Atmosphaere kann man sich nicht vorstellen. In dem Apartement mangelt es an nichts. Man hat jeglichen Komfort, die Aussicht ist das bezauberndste.
Der Pool und die Gartenlandschaft machen es einem leicht, sich nach Belieben dort aufzuhalten. Die Vermieter sind zurueckhaltend und sehr holfsbereit und freundlich. Kurz gesagt: Man moechte dort nie wieder weg, und wuerde sich im naechsten Urlaub nicht mit weniger zufrieden geben. Hoechste Sterne fur Kefalos-Bay Residence und fuer Costa und Lionel.

Kefalosbay residence is the perfect place for an idylic, sunny, relaxing stay.
We were looking for some late October sun, paradise beaches and a little luxury - and we got it all!
Konstantinos at Kefalos bay made us very welcome and went out of his way to make sure we were okay.
The accommodation on the site is made up of just 4 apartments and pool - they were first class, and the views were stunning. Although we had not planned on being up too early..we couldn't resist the sunrise each morning over the bay.
The residence is on a hillside facing the sea. Kefalos town is a 10 minute walk behind, the harbour and beach 10 minutes infront.
We hired a car and spent most of the days on the west coast of the island were we had some lovely sandy beaches and rolling waves all to ourself! Perfect place for watching the sun go down too.
We would recommend this holiday destination to couples who like a little exploring, playing in the sea, and are looking for some sun. We highly recommend kefalosbay residence as the perfect location and would love to go back and stay there again. Enjoy;)

Our stay at Kefalosbay Residence was the vacation we needed. We didn\'t have any holidays this summer because we were living towards our wedding.
However, that wonderful day was followed by a wonderful stay in one of the appartments overlooking Kefalos Bay.
Our accomodation was good: a beautiful view, the ability to cook, a swimming pool, close proximity to the seaside and Kefalos town and two gracious and helpful hosts.
Though Kefalos town lies far from Kos City and the airport, with a rental car everything on the island can be reached in a hour and ferries sail to Turkey and other islands once you\'ve seen everything Kos has to offer.
All in all, we had the best vacation in a long, long time.

I am an old windsurfer from Norway. Kefalos Bay is my spot no 1.
Steady winds and very good conditions for freestyle and speed. I have been there many times together with my wife Irene.
She is not a windsurfer. But she loves Kefalos because of the beautiful nature and the very good beaches. This summer we spent many weeks there. And for the first time we rented an apartment in KefalosBay Residence.

Wij zijn 10 dagen in KefalosBay Residence geweest september 2008.
Was voor ons te kort, dus volgend jaar gaan we langer.
De accommodatie is erg mooi en schoon en vooral het mooie uitzicht op de baai.
Er is een mooi zwembad met ligstoelen .
De omgeving is erg mooi met verschillende strandjes. Wel is het wenselijk om een auto te huren als je verschillende uitstapjes wilt ondernemen.
De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en attent.
Voor ons was dit een onvergetelijke vakantie, omdat de accommodatie en ligging voor wat ons betreft, aan al onze vakantie verwachtingen voldeed.
De informatie op de site voldoet ruimschoots, voor wat er in de praktijk word geboden.

In den letzten 20 Jahren war unser Ferienziel sehr oft eine der vielen griechischen Inseln.
Echte Griechenland-Fans.
Der Aufenthalt in der Kefalosbay-Residence bei
Mama Dalekos, Kostas und Linonel übertraf die früheren Erfahrungen in jeder Hinsicht.
Freundlicher und familiärer Empfang bei einem griechischen Café frappé.
Eine liebevoll gepflegte Anlage mit stilvoller Bepflanzung.
Hübsch eingerichtete Wohnungen mit fantastischem Blick auf die Kefalos Bucht und die Insel Nisiros.
In ruhiger Lage und trotzdem in unmittelbarer Nähe von einigen guten Restaurants und schönsten Badestränden.
Ein wunderschöner Pool mit Sicht aufs Meer direkt vor der Wohnung.

"Una vacanza indimenticabile, abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo posto fantastico e saremmo rimasti li a lungo! il residence e proprio come descritto e come si vede nelle foto..un oasi di relax e tranquillita, il panorama e davvero mozzafiato, sia di giorno che di notte..romantico!
Il residence e situato in posizione collinare,a pochi minuti dalla citta e dalla spiaggia, quindi unico consiglio e quello di affittare un mezzo di trasporto (quad, scooter o auto).
Gli appartamenti sono curati nel minimo dettaglio e molto puliti, il proprietario, sig. K. una persona veramente disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento e straordinario nel tenere in ordine e pulitissimo l'intero residence!

The thing we appreciated most was the spectacular view you can enjoy while you are inside the apartment! You can practically see all the bay and the beautiful Kastri Island.
Besides, the kindness and the helpfulness of the owner, Konstantinos, are incomparable.

Observations
Abbiamo trascorso 2 meravigliose settimane (dal 27/7/08 al 10/08/08) a Kos e ora ci piacerebbe rendervi partecipi delle nostre sensazioni riguardo 3 aspetti: l'isola di Kos, il residence e il "padrone di casa" Kostantinos.
1) L'isola e molto bella, un giusto mix tra cultura, mare e natura: indubbiamente la parte piu attraente dal punto di vista delle spiaggie e del mare e proprio quella della zona del residence; qui infatti si trovano le spiaggie piu belle (sia quelle piu turistiche sia quelle piu nascoste e interessanti da scoprire). Il mare e semplicemente splendido, il vento rende piu sopportabile il caldo e in cielo non c'e mai una nuvola: solo quando siamo tornati a Milano abbiamo riscoperto il significato delle parole "nuvole" e "pioggia".
Circa le gite Kos offre diverse opportunita, ovviamente poi dipende dai vostri gusti personali e dai vostri interessi ma le occasioni non mancano davvero. C'e poi la possibilita di andare a Kardamena e Kos town per la vita notturna; noi in realta le sere ci siamo goduti la tranquillita del residence o dei locali a Kamari ma altri turisti ci hanno dato conferma della movida notturna dell'isola.
Per spostarvi e scoprire tutta l'isola occorre un mezzo di trasporto, ma non avrete certo problemi a trovare un car rental (sono ovunque) che vi offrira diverse soluzioni tra cui scegliere (scooter, quad, auto...). In alternativa c'e l'autobus e i taxi, che sconsigliamo entrambi per ovvi motivi di orari e costi.
In definitiva potrete trovare qualsiasi cosa per rendere speciale la vostra vacanza.
2) Il residence e perfetto, meraviglioso, accogliente proprio come appare sul sito. A nostro avviso e collocato nella parte piu bella dell'isola e gode di una vista mozzafiato. Gli appartamenti sono curati in ogni dettaglio e non manca proprio nulla. La cosa che piu ci ha colpito e come quotidianamente Kostantinos curi ogni piccolo dettaglio (piscina e giardino in primis).
Anche il servizio di pulizia e perfetto. In poche parole: e il posto ideale per vacanze indimenticabili.
3) La nota forse piu positiva per quanto ci riguarda e il proprietario Kostantinos, una persona veramente disponibile a qualsiasi chiarimento e pronta a risolvere eventuali problemi. Ci ha semplicemente fatti sentire "a casa".
Sicuramente in futuro torneremo in questo splendido residence.

Das Appartment war super-schon und sehr geraumig.
Da wir das Gluck hatten im Erdgeschoss zu wohnen, brauchten wir lediglich die Schiebetur zu offnen und schon stand man auf der Terrasse, von der man einen direkten Blick auf's Meer, die Berge und den Pool hatte.
Es war einfach atemberaubend! Der Besitzer, Konstantinos, ist uberaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Sogar als ich eine Augenentzundung hatte, hat er sich noch spat am Abend um uns gekummert.
Er kann einem auch viele Informationen uber den Ort, die Insel und auch uber die Nachbarinseln geben.
Und nicht nur das, sondern er kann einem auch sehr hilfreiche Tipps geben, damit man nicht unnotig lange in Warteschlangen steht oder ahnliches.
Insgesamt war es ein unvergesslicher Urlaub und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! :)

Na vakanties op een flink aantal andere eilanden in voorgaande jaren zijn we dit jaar gevallen voor de charmes van Kefalos Bay Residence op Kos. Een schot in de roos. Prachtige, onGrieks strakke appartementen met een ongelofelijk mooi uitzicht over zee, in een tot in de puntjes verzorgde tuin met schitterend zwembad. Door de kleinschaligheid van de Residence (slechts vier appartementen) krijg je het gevoel in je privé-accommodatie te zijn met je eigen privé-zwembad.
De kroon op het geheel is de enorme gastvrijheid van Kostas en Lionel, de gastheren, die ons als vorsten onthaald hebben en voor wie niets teveel was. Van frappè?s aan het zwembad tot het helpen regelen van de autohuur, van een diner voor alle gasten in hun prachtige huis, tot ..wat niet eigenlijk. Perfect!
Een auto is echt nodig, maar die kost heel weinig, Wij betaalden bij Manolis 23,50 per dag voor een kleine Daewoo (pardon, Chevrolet) inclusief kilometers en alle verzekeringen.
Kefalos en omgeving zijn behoorlijk rustig. Een tocht over de berg(en) waar je op uitkijkt vanaf de appartementen is een echte aanrader. Daar is trouwens wel een jeepvoor nodig. Mooie strandjes daar met een heel lekker restaurant in Agios Theologos. Verder is het prachtig richting Zia en zijn de opgravingen vlak buiten Kos Stad (Hypocrates) erg mooi. Kos Stad is heel erg druk en toeristisch, maar wel mooi. Niet gelukt deze keer: een tocht naar het eiland Nissiros.
Kortom: Kefalos Bay Residence is echt een aanrader voor wie van comfort houdt en rust en daarbij echt gastheerschap weet te waarderen.
Wij gaan zeker terug.

Drie weken geleden zijn wij terug gekomen van onze vakantie in Kefalos en denken hier nog met genoegen aan terug.
Bij aankomst stond de auto(geregeld door Konstatinos)bij het vliegveld voor ons klaar.
Er loopt 1 rechte weg over het eiland van Kos-stad naar Kefalos.
Je rijdt Kefalos door richting het oude Kefalos ongeveer halverwege de weg omhoog afslag links nemen
verhard pad.
De weg gaat via een aantal bochten omhoog en dan verschijnt het schitterende Kefalos-residence.
Prachtig gelegen , met schitterende ver gezichten over de baai (nog mooier dan de foto’s).
Wij werden gastvrij ontvangen door Costa een echte gastheer niets was hem teveel.
De appartementen, zwembad en tuin alles even verzorgd en schoon (om de paar dagen schone lakens,handdoeken).
Tijdens een van onze wandelingen werden wij door Engelse vakantiegangers getipt over schitterende appartementen.
Wij konden toen met enige trots vertellen dat het ons vakantieverblijf betrof.
Kefalos heeft een schitterende omgeving,mooie natuur, prachtige stranden o.a. het rustige Paradiso puur natuur en het toeristische Pardise Beach.
Voor meer vertier moet je in Kos-stad zijn ’s avonds erg gezellig en goed bereikbaar vanuit Kefalos.
Eigen vervoer is noodzakelijk. Voor fietsen is een goede conditie nodig.
Een aanrader voor rustzoekers,wandelaars, natuurliefhebbers,zonaanbidders.

Een verblijf in Kefalosbay Residence is werkelijk een perfecte vorm van vakantie vieren voor rustzoekers en natuurgenieters.
Zowel vanuit de zitkamer als de slaapkamer kun je genieten van een fantastisch uitzicht op de baai, de omgeving en het tegenover gelegen eiland Nysiros.
Het balkon nodigt direct uit om de sfeer in te ademen en stil te genieten.
Bovendien zijn de eigenaren Costas en Lionel geweldige gastheren, die je voortdurend het gevoel geven meer dan welkom te zijn!
De Residence met prachtig gelegen en verzorgd zwembad laat zich gemakkelijk vergelijken met een 5-sterren accommodatie.

Is all I can say is you MUST go, the views are wonderful the owners have become friends after only two visits and cannot do enough to ensure that your stay is a pleasant one!
The apartments are well equipted, clean and quiet, which means you can sleep at night.
The accomadation is comfortable, which is suprising for Greece as you will see from the photos. I cannot recommend the Kefalosbay Residence any more highly - just go and see for you self!!

"Kefalos Bay e semplicemente perfetto.L'appartamento e attrezzato di tutto, compreso il panorama mozzafiato, sia dalla terrazza che dalla piscina. Ci sembrava di vivere un sogno. Chi volesse passare delle vacanze rilassanti e tranquille Kefalos Bay e il posto adatto. Konstantinos e Lionel (i proprietari) e anche mamma di K. sono delle persone veramente squisite, sempre presenti ma discrete. Anche la gente di Kefalos e molto cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene e vi consigliamo la taverna Katerina (vicino al Club Med) e Sirtaki (lungo mare). Un piccolo consiglio ai proprietari (e una piccolezza): aggiungete una tenta in bagno. "L'appartement ou nous avons loge etait spacieux, propre, et dispose de tout l'equipement necessaire pour passer un agreable sejour. L'environnement du lieu nous a apporte detente et repos. Nous disposions d'une piscine, jardin magnifiquement entretenu et le "must" la vue sur la baie de Kefalos.

Vakantie vieren in Kefalosbay Residence is een geweldige ervaring.
Je verblijft in een modern appartement, smaakvol ingericht met gevoel voor details. \'s Morgens eerst een duik in het zwembad en daarna heerlijk ontbijten op het ruime terras met een fenomenaal uitzicht op de baai van Kefalos.
In de directe omgeving: fraaie stranden en een ongerepte omgeving. Leuke restaurants waar je prima eet voor weinig geld.
Costas en Lionel zijn perfecte gastheren: ze zorgen ervoor dat er niets ontbreekt. Kortom: een schitterend vakantieparadijs waar je echt tot rust komt.
We komen zeker nog eens terug!

In der Kefalosbay Residence haben wir die mit Abstand schönste Ferienwohnmung in -zig Jahren in Italien und Griechenland gefunden.Komfortabel,
gepflegt, gutes Einrichtungsdesign, mit fantastischer Aussicht über den wunderbaren Pool
auf die gesamte Bucht von Kefalos mit Kastri und
den Hafen von Kamari bis nach Nissiros un der Türkei.
Die auf dem schön angelegtem Grundstück wohnenden
sympathischen,freundlichen Eigentümer sind stets
hilfsbereit und geben gute Tipps für Strände,
Restaurants,Ausflüge etc.,ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein.

deicisamente una struttura di alto livello, appartamenti comodi e bene arredati, pulizia estrema, un panorama mozzafiato sulla piu' bella baia dell'isola da cartolina, proprietari gentili disponibili e discreti insomma il massimo!!

"Il Kefalosbay residence e la cosa piu bella che c'e sull'isola di Kos. Il panorama che si gode dal residence vale il viaggio dall'Italia. Il residence e semplicemente perfetto; non manca di nulla, dal gusto nell'arredamento, al pela patate passando per la tv satellitare. Lionel sei la perfezione il tuo gusto e imbattibile. La piscina cosi come e stata studiata e geniale, quando ti affacci sul bordo sembra di appoggiarti sullo strapiombo della montagna con il mare sotto! Kostantino il genio sei tu! I proprietari sono squisiti. Pulizie perfette. Ho gia consigliato ad amici di andarci. Ciao a tutti "

il kefalosbay residence e\' ideale per trascorrere le vacanze all\'insegna della tranquillita\'.la baia di kefalos e\' molto bella e per la posizione del residenze la puoi ammirare nella sua interezza in qulasiasi momento.i proprietari sono veramente gentili e disponibili.l\'isola di kos merita di essere visitata soprattutto dal punto di vista naturalistico e kefalosbay residence e\' un ottimo punto di partenza.saluti e grazie da Mauro e Barbara

Bedankt voor jullie enorme gastvrijheid,we hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad. Het appartement en zwembad zijn nog mooier als op de foto\'s van jullie site en de ligging is adembenemend.
We hebben enorm genoten van de rust en privacy die de residence bied en geven jullie als waardering voor alles een dikke 10!
We komen zeker terug.

Siamo d\'accordo con le altre testimonianze.
Siamo stati in 3 per soli 5 giorni dato che non vi era ulteriore disponibilità, ma saremmo voluti rimanere molto di più.
Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è veramente ottimo e le valutazioni sul sito homelidays.com rispecchiano la realtà.
Gli appartamenti sono ampi confortevoli puliti e attrezzati veramente di tutto.
Non c\'è niente di cui ci si possa lamentare.
Oltre a questo il Sig.
Delekos è oltremodo gentile e disponibile ma mai invadente: si ha la massima libertà e privacy.
Il luogo come si può vedere dal sito è impareggiabile sia per la vista panoramica che per l\'architettura stessa con cui sono state costruite le villette e la piscina.
L\'unica cosa che mi rimane da dire è che tornerò appena potrò e naturalmente devo ringraziare il Sig.
Delekos per la sua gentilezza e professionalità.

Il nostro soggiorno a Kefalos Bay e stato molto
piacevole; il luogo e bellissimo e la vista mozza-fiato, ma soprattutto
abbiamo apprezzato la vostra magnifica ospitalita, la grande cura dei
dettagli dell'appartamento, nonche le fantastiche piante del giardino.
Speriamo davvero di ritornare perche ne abbiamo gia voglia!

nous voici deja quelques jours de retour a la maison.
C'est avec les meilleurs souvenirs que nous nous rappelons nos vacances a Kos et notre sejour dans vos appartements agreables, tranquils et bien equipes.
Situes dans un jardin amenage avec bon gout, ainsi que la piscine - nous vous en felicitons! - ils nous offraient une vue admirable sur la baie de Kefalos, la mer Egee et les iles avoisinantes.
Quel cadre magnifique ! Par ce chemin nous tenons a vous remercier pour votre accueil chaleureux, vos conseils d'excursions, qui ensemble avec les autres elements ont contribue a la bonne reussite de nos vacances.

Nous sommes maintenant retour depuis un peux plus qu'une semaine et notre appartement en kos nous manque beaucoup!
Nous nous avons jamais si bien reposes comme chez vous.
C'etait und semaine que nous allons plus oublier.
Nous avons fait des fotos tres belle sur le balcon au petit dejeuner et a la piscine le soir. La residence est vraiment formidable!!
Nous sommes sur que nous allons retourner un jour - mais cette fois avec une membre de plus dans notre famille ;

"La vue d'une beaute a couper le souffle, sur la baie de Kefalos.
Quatre appartements en deux immeubles, au calme, a flanc de colline et en contrebas d'un village multi-millenaire. L'acces a de belles plages, toujours ensoleillees, encore a l'abri des hordes touristiques.
La qualite de finition et d'equipement exceptionnelle des logements spacieux, d'un gout parfait et d'une proprete remarquable, avec de tres grandes terrasses splendidement orientees.
Le magnifique et vaste jardin, entretenu avec amour, et la piscine superbe.
La gentillesse et la disponibilite de Lionel et Costa, les proprietaires, toujours attentifs a rendre plus agreable encore le sejour de leurs hotes, tout en respectant leur intimite.
Beaute, calme, harmonie, luxe, serenite, cordialite : ne serait-ce pas une bonne definition du Paradis ? Bienvenue a Kefalosbay Residence !!!

"La valutazione mia e della mia compagna e estremamente positiva sotto tutti i punti di vista con un unico difetto, che dico dopo.
Il contesto e bellissimo con una vista veramente eccezzionale.
Diventa quasi un problema muoversi da li, alla mattina, perche e talmente suggestivo che dispiace fare altro.
Il Residence e tranquillissimo, molto pulito e curato nei particolari con un'attenzione quasi maniacale.
I proprietari sono persone molto discrete ma al tempo stesso cordiali ed ospitali.
L'alloggio e di categoria elevata e dotato di tutto cio che sia necessario, ed oltre.
La posizione rispetto all'isola e ottimale perche nella sua parte piu bella, dove le spiagge sono meno affollate ma molto piu belle che vicino a Kos Town.
L'unico difetto, abbastanza penalizzante ma facilmente eliminabile, e che alle bellissime vetrate dell'appartamento non corrisponde un adeguato sistema di oscuramento della luce.
Vi sono solo delle tende interne NON oscuranti e se uno non e abituato a dormire con la luce alle 6 del mattino e sveglio.
Comunque il giudizio e molto positivo!"
