KEFALOSBAY RESIDENCE is a Greek-Franco construction in the year 2005.

The guest residence is composed of two two-storey buildings, each comprising two apartments
of 56m² and 46m².
These four fully furnished luxury apartments can be rented:

“Retire in the Aegean Sea sun”

• Seasonally or for one or more months: “Rent an apartment as a secondary residence”
• Weekly.
  

The private domain is 7000m² (1.7acre) located on the outskirts of the village of Kefalos,
on the island of Kos (Dodecanese). 

The Residence is open from march to january.
