PROCEDURE & CONDITION
1) Search for availability
2) Request for confirmation of availability, price and info.
3) The owner will email you for your request.
4) Send the deposit
5) The owner will send a confirmation of your stay upon receipt of the deposit.
6) There are 3 options for the payment of the remander .
1)Amount 30% of the price of the stay
2) Payable by bank transfer maximum delay 4 days after receipt of the owner's bank account
3) Upon receiving of the deposit, the owner will send you an email with a receipt and confirmation of the stay.
REMAINDER 3 possibilities to pay the balance:
1) Cash during your arrival date.
2) Payable by bank transfer with bank charges, 1 week before
your arrival date.
3) With Credit card with 2% more
Deposit paid are non-refundable.
If canceled less than 30 days before arrival,
the balance of the stay will be charged to the client
You are advised to take out cancellation insurance.
Deposit paid are non-refundable. But will be transferred for a new stay that takes place within a maximum period of 12 months
